   Dec 9 1888 - Official opening of present church as                                    Woodville Methodist Church

   Feb 16 1909 - Acetylene explosion severely damages

                      church

   June     1910 - Church re-opens after extensive repairs

   June 11 1922 - 50th anniversary of the founding of the

                       Woodville and Hartley Circuit of the

                       Methodist Church

   June 10 1925 - Formation of the United Church of

                        Canada

              1963 - Christian Education Annex constructed

Woodville United Church is located in the "friendly village" of Woodville, Ontario Canada. It is situated at the corner of King & Nappadale Streets and is the spiritual home of 120 households.

Services are held at 11 a.m. every Sunday morning. The Sunday School meets in the lower hall during worship service .
